Jobs at Hedgehog Home Services

Vivid Vision

It’s the year 2027.  We have 28 full-time employees (men and women) out in the field doing home repairs, installations, and remodels.  A large office team supports our people out in the field.  We have a large fleet of squeaky clean white Ford Transit Vans and white Toyota Tacoma pickups buzzing around the Portland Metro, with our turquoise blue hedgehog logo on all of them.  Our phones ring non-stop, as we serve 40-50 customers per day, on average.  Our service offerings have expanded to include all aspects of smart home technology.  We now have over 1,000 Google and Facebook reviews, with 98% of them being 5-star reviews. This is the most 5-star reviews of any Home Services company in Oregon… and also the entire United States! Our reviewers comment on how amazingly professional, prompt, polite, and punctual we are.  Because of word of mouth advertising from our raving fans, and repeat business, our marketing budget is almost non-existent.  We take care of our customers, and we love doing it.

Our Core Values (if you don’t love these, don’t apply)

  • Be Polite
  • Be Prompt
  • Be Professional
  • Be Punctual
  • Support The Team
  • Improve Continuously
  • Be Considerate Of Others
  • Commit To Service Excellence
