We have two pricing models:

  1. Fixed rate job (some larger jobs may qualify for a fixed rate).
  2. Hourly labor (time and materials).

Our hourly labor rates:

Weekday Rates, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM $98-108/Hour per person depending on skills/experience required for the job
Weekday Rates, After 5:00 PM 1.3X Weekday (8-5) Rate
Weekend Rates – or Overtime 1.5X Weekday (8-5) Rate

We have a minimum charge of $236 per service call ($196 labor + $40 travel), which includes up to 2 hours of work.

For jobs under $500, we accept all major credit cards with no additional fees.  We can slide a debit or credit card quickly and securely via a Square Reader on a smartphone.  For businesses, we can send an email invoice. For jobs $500 or more, we prefer a check or bank transfer to avoid credit card fees–or, we can add a 3% fee onto the total if a credit card is preferred.
