COVID-19 UPDATE 3/23/2020 – Regarding the Governor’s order, we are OPEN FOR BUSINESS. We are not on the list of businesses that must close.  But, per page 5, section 10, we are making sure that we enforce social distancing policies with our customers as well as co-workers.

We have two pricing models:

  1. Fixed rate job (some jobs may qualify for a fixed rate).
  2. Hourly labor (time and materials).

Our hourly labor rates:

Weekday Rates, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM $65/Hour
Weekday Rates, After 5:00 PM $85/Hour
Weekend Rates – or Overtime $95/Hour

We have a minimum charge of $165 per service call ($130 labor + $35 travel), which includes up to 2 hours of work.

Additional pricing:

Home Maintenance Membership $29/month
Small Disposal Fee, 30 Gallon Bag of Trash $20
Large Disposal Fee, Truck Load $70
Trip / Travel Charge $35
Materials 20% markup
Cancellation or reschedule without 24-hours notice $35

For jobs under $500, we accept all major credit cards with no additional fees.  We can slide a debit or credit card quickly and securely via a Square Reader on a smartphone.  For businesses, we can send an email invoice. For jobs $500 or more, we prefer a check or bank transfer to avoid credit card fees–or, we can add a 3% fee onto the total if a credit card is preferred.
