We’re now hiring a skilled Handyman III to join our crew, driving a company-provided Toyota Tacoma to deliver top-notch home services. Ready to grow with us? Here’s what you need to know:

What You’ll Do:

• • Perform intermediate carpentry (e.g., framing, hardwood flooring), tile work (backsplash, floors), drywall installation, gutter repairs, and more

• • Visit customers’ homes for repairs, installations, or estimates

• • Keep your tools and company vehicle organized and job-ready

• • Log time and resources in our scheduling system

• • Maintain our 4.7+/5 customer rating with friendly, professional service

What You’ll Get:

• • Base Pay: $27.90/hour

• • Profit Share Bonuses: 5% of job profit (no feedback) or 10% (5-star feedback), averaging $2.00/hour—total estimated pay ~$29.70/hour, paid out on every paycheck

What We’re Looking For:

• • 5+ years of carpentry/craftsman experience in home services

• • Skills in minor electrical, plumbing, and intermediate carpentry

• • Valid driver’s license and a clean record

• • Your own set of tools and an Android/Apple smartphone

• • Ability to lift 50 lbs and pass a background check/drug screen

• • Bonus: You live in or near Washington County

Work Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours/week—mostly Monday to Friday (8 AM – 5 PM), with occasional weekend work. Flexibility is part of the gig!
