We offer two pricing options depending on your project:

1️⃣ Hourly Labor (Most Common)

Weekdays | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
$98–$120 per hour per technician
(Rate depends on skill level required for the job)

Our Minimum Service Call – $236

Includes:
• Up to 2 hours of labor
• $40 travel charge
• Professional tools and equipment
• Fully licensed & insured service

Many small handyman jobs fall within this 2-hour window.

If the job takes longer, we simply bill hourly after that.

2️⃣ Fixed-Rate Jobs

Some larger or repeatable jobs qualify for a fixed price.
This allows you to know the exact total before we begin.

Submit photos and details below and we’ll let you know if your job qualifies.

Additional Pricing Information

Disposal Fees
• 30 Gallon Bag – $25
• Pickup Load – $100
• Trailer Load – $250–$500

Material Handling
• We can pick up materials – $75
• Materials we supply include a 20% markup
• You may supply materials (just confirm sizes first)

In-Person Estimate (if required) – $40

Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice – $40

Payment Options

For jobs under $500:
• All major credit cards accepted (no fee)
• Debit cards via Square
• Business invoicing available

For jobs over $500:
• Check or bank transfer preferred
• Credit cards accepted with 3% processing fee
