Gabin and Jaebyn came to our house from Hedgehog Home Services, LLC a day early to install the Gazebo kit we purchased at Costco. It was a very complicated kit. They completed the install in 1 1/2 days and left our backyard immaculate. They worked hard, were polite, clean cut, nice young men. I would give them 10 stars if I could and told them how much we appreciated their work. My husband and I highly recommend this company.

Professional, quality work. Absolutely love the way our handrail system turned out. Gavin was very easy to work with. Took the time to pay attention to details. Price of the scope of work was very reasonable. Communication was prompt and overall customer service met my picky expectations. Would highly recommend.

The team over at Hedgehog is great. They were super punctual, took care of our house while they were here and cleaned up after themselves. They hung two televisions for us and assembled a crazy complex piece of IKEA furniture. Best money we’ve ever spent. We even added a quick door fix while they were here. It’s not often that I give 5 star reviews, but these folks are no joke.

This is a long overdue review of the excellent services that I received from Gavin at Hedgehog Home Services. I cannot recommend him enough for any work that you may need. I was living in Eugene at the time of the repairs, and Gavin was excellent in communicating with me regarding repairs on my former Hillsboro home. He sent me photos of his progress and finished the work ahead of schedule. He was prompt in responding to any questions or requests I had. The quality of his work was excellent, and I would recommend him to anyone.

I needed a lot of odds and ends done when I bought my new house. Gavin was excellent! He showed up on time and answered all of my questions. Everything is working great and I would highly recommend Hedgehog Home Services for any handyman needs that you have!

I needed help hanging a bubble chair in my room. Gavin from Hedgehog arrived within a specified time window. He was very efficient, fast and precise. We had the chair up in minutes. He tested it to ensure it was secured. We ended up having Gavin hang our lights and a mirror. He also attempted to help my husband with a dryer vent since the old set up didn't allow for a modern dryer. We found out he was also good at dry wall repair. It was great! We got so much done with Gavin. He was easy to work with and could get things done so fast and accurate. I highly recommend Hedgehog Home Services. Since they are skilled, you can get a lot done.

We've had them out twice for projects. They were prompt and professional, cleaned up when they were done and even told us if a job was better suited for someone else. I also really, really appreciated the initial communication and payment options online. Made the process go smoothly. So many times I've called or emailed only to get no response, this was so different-even on the weekend I had a response within 24 hours. Then they sent US a thank you card - that is a first for us.

Hedgehog and Spencer provided great work and advice. They responded to our time crunch and made their schedule meet our needs. I was impressed by the professionalism and skill of Spencer the worker who did the multiple jobs we had from small to large. The communication with the office was responsive and my questions were answered very quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend Hedgehog Home Services to any of my family or friends. They get the work done and do it well.

Jim and Gavin of Hedgehog Home services are a class act. Jim immediately responded to my call of inquiry re installing our Murphy bed. The bed was scheduled to be a curb side delivery, so we also needed help getting it from the curb to our home. Naturally, in OR there is a concern with rain and furniture delivered at your curbside-especially in April! Jim graciously fielded several texts and e-mails regarding the delivery of the bed (nothing is easy! the date was changed twice). Gavin was at our home within 30 minutes of the drop off-no mean feat as these guys are busy, busy! Gavin was very efficient and capable during the installation. There was minor cosmetic damage to the wall that he called my attention to (I'm not sure I'd have ever seen it otherwise) and repaired before leaving. I feel the price we were charged for 4 hours of work, plus the extra effort to get here after the delivery was quite reasonable.I'll be calling Hedgehog again for other services. I'm very happy to have found them!

Gavin was pleasant, on time, and completed the removal and installation of the new garbage disposal smoothly without any issues. Will be calling their company again for any other 'handy person' services I cannot do myself. Thank you Gavin!

Searching for a reliable service to take on your home repairs? Look no further, the hard part is over! Hedgehog Home Services delivered top notch service from beginning to end. Quick response to my initial inquiry (via the 'Quote Request Form' located on their website) delivered a clear outline of work to be performed, total cost of the job and their next availability. It was that easy to get the ball rolling! The job was completed on time and photos sent of the finished work! As a landlord, I've experienced varying levels of quality when it comes to home repairs, and this first interaction with Hedgehog Home Services has left me feeling so confident, I've moved them to the top of my Vendor List!

Gavin did an excellent job of installing an overhead pot & pan rack in our kitchen, as well as drilling holes and installing hardware pulls in all our kitchen cabinets. Prior to that, he did a number of various handyman jobs inside and outside our house. No job is too small or large, and he is prompt and courteous (a big plus!). I highly recommend Hedgehog Home Services.
